Sakleshpur Estate
Misty mornings, monsoon-fed slopes, hand-picked cherries.
Cradled between the Yagachi valley and the Bisle range, our Sakleshpur estate ripens under a dense canopy of silver oak and rosewood. Cool afternoons and a five-month monsoon give the cherries a slow, unhurried ripening — the sort that yields a cup with jasmine on the nose, milk-chocolate through the middle, and a long honeyed finish. Every harvest is still hand-picked, hand-sorted, and dried on raised African beds before it moves to our roastery in Chikkamagaluru.
